Finding My Ground

A 2-day immersive workshop for internationals in Gothenburg

Connection. Reflection. Direction.

Finding My Ground is an overnight, immersive workshop designed for internationals who have moved to Gothenburg and are looking to feel more grounded: in themselves, their purpose, and in this new place they now call home.

We begin on the coast of Gothenburg’s archipelago: a peaceful, natural setting that allows us to step away from the noise of daily life and make space for deeper reflection. This is a chance to pause, take stock, and reconnect with what truly matters, to build new connections and connect with nature.

Relocating to a new country is a bold and often challenging move. It can impact your sense of identity, belonging, career, and wellbeing. This workshop offers space to process that experience with care and curiosity: and to begin shaping your next steps with clarity and intention.

Together, we’ll explore powerful questions:

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical tools, you’ll reconnect with your inner compass and translate insight into action. By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with a clearer sense of direction, renewed energy, and a personal plan to help you move forward with confidence.
